Refund policy
We want you to love your Caldra products. Because every item is made to order and cosmetics are personal-care goods, our return policy is built around health and hygiene.
Opened or used products For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetics. This is standard for made-to-order beauty products and helps us keep every order safe.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us at caldra.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Unopened items Because products are made to order, we generally can't accept change-of-mind returns. If you have an unopened, unused item you'd like to return, contact us within 14 days of delivery — approval is handled case by case, and return shipping would be the customer's responsibility.
Non-returnable items Opened or used products, final-sale items, and gift cards can't be returned.
Refunds Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear.
Order changes & cancellations Since production begins quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel. After that, your order may already be in production and we may be unable to make changes.
