Shipping policy
Made to order Every Caldra product is freshly made to order. Orders are typically produced within 2–3 business days before they ship.
Shipping options & delivery Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. We offer two options at checkout:
- Standard shipping — $8.99. Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch (about 1–2 weeks total from your order date).
- Express shipping — $10.99. Faster carrier transit (USPS Priority Mail Express), typically arriving within about 3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination and carrier. Express affects transit speed after your order ships, not production time.
Where we ship We currently ship within the United States. (Expanding to more destinations soon.)
International orders For any international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or fees set by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.
Delays Once an order is with the carrier, delivery is out of our hands, and we can't be responsible for carrier delays. If something goes wrong, contact us at caldra.shop@gmail.com and we'll help you track it down.
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to reroute a package once it's shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
