Made to order Every Caldra product is freshly made to order. Orders are typically produced within [5–7] business days before they ship.

Shipping & delivery Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier — as a general guide, allow [5–7 business days] after production for delivery. [Adjust once you confirm your carrier's estimates.]

Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Delays Once an order is with the carrier, delivery is out of our hands, and we can't be responsible for carrier delays. That said, if something goes wrong, contact us at caldra.shop@gmail.com and we'll help you track it down.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to reroute a package once it's shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
