1. Our products All Caldra products are made-to-order, private-label cosmetics. Because items are freshly made and screens vary, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance from the product images are normal and not considered defects.

2. Pricing & availability Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, or to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information).

3. Orders & payment By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and you're authorized to use the payment method. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we process and fulfill it.

4. Shipping & fulfillment Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner in your Caldra branding. Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Product use & safety Caldra products are cosmetics for external use only. We recommend patch-testing new products and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Review the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities or allergies. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on our site is medical advice — consult a qualified professional with any health concerns.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site — including the Caldra name, logo, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caldra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
